Landlord would come and go whenever she pleased. Communication with the landlord was very limited.

Landlord extremely unprofessional. Came to visit our house instead of isolating after returning from a holiday in Italy therefore putting the whole house at risk of catching Coronavirus. Will hype the house up when showing you around but as soon as the tenancy is signed she doesn’t care - we still have repairs that need to be done such as a falling in ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. Lacks communication skills - will respond to emails straight away with poor grammar and incorrect information, her colleague will then respond to the same email a day later with a professional response which contradicts the first email. Will overcharge you! One tenant got a speck, and I mean a tiny bit, of blood on the mattress due to a nose bleed and she charged him £100 for it!
Also only provided a 5 space freezer for 8 of us. When we asked for a larger one she said “there’s stuff in that freezer that doesn’t need to be there” she then labelled our food with a date and if it was still there next time she said she would not get us additional space. We have still not received extra freezer space.

Has her “favourite” tenants and ignores the tenancy agreement for fees. If You lose your keys but you’re her favourite you get new keys for 50% cheaper, if you’re not it’s full price!
